When you find the pearl and are ready to hire, we’ll help you to facilitate negotiations.

Following

Once the candidate is hired,

we'll support you and the candidate during the transition period.

We'll check once a month the first 90 days to be sure that everyone’s expectations are being met.

The open position is a

Low Priority for the company.

The timing for hiring is long.

The best offer for you is a

Non-exclusive contingency contract.

This relationship is non-exclusive,

the candidates selected will be presented to you and to other companies.
